Reprint Information Authors receive two copies of the entire issue and twenty-five complementary copies of their article. To order hardcopy reprints of articles, please complete the attached form and return it to Sandy Rogers at rogerss@staff.abanet.org , fax 312/988-6035. Reprints are available in increments of 100 copies and take between fourteen and twenty business days to reproduce and ship (via UPS ground). Extra copies: A very limited number of extra copies of the complete issue are also available. If you would like some, please call at 312/988-6083 or e-mail rbright@staff.abanet.org.
