UMKC Ireland Program Accommodations and Facilities

Participants will be housed in Harbour Lodge Cottages in Dingle; Corrib Village Apartments in NUI, Galway; and in Roebuck Hall, UCD Village, Dublin.  The facilities are similar at each location, variously configured to sleep from 3 to 6 persons per unit.  Each apartment features private bedrooms, a bathroom/shower, common living room and fully equipped kitchen to permit self-catering.  The Dingle cottages also include microwave over and television.  The University facilities are modern and fully comparable or better than most dormitories on U.S. campuses.  The usual range of food services are readily available.  Commercial transportation to the central city is convenient and reasonably priced at both urban locations.  Program activities will be centered on campus.  Classes are conducted within easy walking distance of residential apartments.  To learn more visit the Ireland Links page.
