Tax Clinic

The Kansas City Tax Clinic is a project of the
UMKC Graduate Tax Law Foundation with support from the UMKC School of Law. The Clinic began serving clients in the Fall of
1999. UMKC Law School students in the
LL.M. (in Taxation), the Combined J.D./LL.M. (in Taxation), or the Combined
J.D./LL.M. (General with Estate Planning Emphasis) programs represent clients
in tax controversy matters, under the supervision of the Director and volunteer
tax practitioners. Other UMKC law
students may participate in the clinic with the permission of the Director of
