Government Honors &
Internship Handbook, available

The Government Honors &
Internship Handbook is an online resource for law students who are seeking out
governmental internships. It provides a listing of both state and federal
internships. The Handbook is produced annually by the University of Arizona
James E. Rogers College of Law. UMKC law students may access the Handbook by
logging onto TWEN and then selecting "Career Services." The password for
accessing the Handbook is also on the TWEN site under "Career Services."

Equal Justice Works has
collaborated with the nation’s leading law schools, law firms, corporate legal
departments and nonprofit organizations to provide the training and skills that
enable lawyers to provide effective representation to vulnerable populations.
They also provide the nation’s leading public interest law fellowship program
and offer more postgraduate, full-time legal positions in public service than
any other organization.

PSLawNet is an online
resource for law students and attorneys who are seeking out public interest
internships, fellowships, or full-time employment, as well as pro bono
opportunities. In addition to databases, PSLawNet offers a virtual library to
assist law students and attorneys seeking public interest opportunities.
Self-help content includes a comprehensive calendar of public interest career
fairs, a “Fellowship Corner” with application tips and deadlines for numerous
legal fellowships, a summer funding resources page for public interest
internships, publications donated by subscriber schools, and much, much more.\
