CONTRACTS II COURSE PAGE

Welcome to Contracts II.  During the Winter Semester the course will focus on the following topics: (1) The U.C.C.'s Statute of Frauds; (2) Principles of Interpretation; (3) Damages; (4) Implied Contract Terms;  (5) Avoiding Enforcement of Contracts; ( 6) Justification for Nonperformance of Contracts; and (7) Contract Breach.

As was the case during the first semester, the course syllabus will be updated periodically.  I also encourage each student to review your first semester final exam.  If used properly, the exam review process can be an additional educational tool that students can use to improve their understanding of Contracts I and aid in planning class preparation and course outlines.
