  This course considers the rights of debtors and creditors both under state law and federal bankruptcy law.  Initially the course considers the rights of debtors and creditors during collection proceedings under state law.  The balance of the course will focus primarily on rights of debtors and creditors under consumer and business bankruptcy law.
