Are there hook-ups for laptop
computers in the library? --
Yes.

Are there electrical hook-ups for laptop
computers in the classrooms? -- Yes, most of the classrooms have
plenty of electrical outlets. A few of the smaller classrooms have only a handful of outlets.
Are there Internet hook-ups for laptop computers in the
student lounge -- Yes (and Wireless)
Students will need to make sure that their laptops come with a wireless ethernet card (or
faster). All new laptops come with this card at the time of purchase.
We strongly encourage you to use the UMKCWPA wireless network.
The Laptop Clinic technician
will assist students who need help setting up their laptops.

Can I access everything on the
ERC menu from home?
You can
access the websites for the law school and the library from home freely or with a password. Some databases require "on site use only."
If I lose my Lexis/Westlaw
password, who in the library can look it up for me?

Can you help me with an Apple
laptop? -- Yes, the Laptop Clinic will assist you with any computer problems you have.
