History

Subject was an illegitimate child and the fourth of 9 children. His mother was on welfare until her death several years ago. Subject is bitter about society which made his family live in squalor. He has never held a steady job, and has limited job skills. He has been unemployed for the past 9 months despite efforts to secure employment. His jobs have ranged from dish-washer to gardener to maintenance worker. He is described by former employers as honest and quiet but somewhat sporadic and unreliable as to work attendance. He joined the military at age 17, but was administratively discharged two years later, presumably for drug use.

Subject has no steady girl friend and hangs around with several young men with criminal records. He is regarded by neighbors as quiet, although he does get loud drunk on occasion.
