Consequently, from Shepard's "Custom Restrictions" menu, under "Headnotes" you select "L.Ed. . . . 7." 

Note that while West is typically known for its Headnote and Key Number system, in this instance, West only offers two headnotes while Lawyers' Edition offers eight.
