[Congressional Universe is accessible from the law library's home page under ‘Online Subscriptions.' Once there, click on the subject heading ‘Publications,' and then click on ‘Reports.'] (In addition, the database contains abstracts of conference committee reports issued prior to 1990. To find these abstracts, do a keyword search of the CIS Index (also part of Congressional Universe) and look for document results grouped under ‘reports.')
