The Westlaw Flags consist of:
 
Red Flag   No longer good law for one or more legal points.
Yellow Flag
  Some negative treatment.
Big letter C
  Citing cases, but no negative cases.
Big letter H
  Case has some history.
Green Star
  Indicates levels of treatment of primary case (four stars is the highest)
Purple quotation mark Indicate that the citing document has quoted the primary case

Under the "KC History" tab, you can quickly view the history of the case (in this case, only the parallel citations are listed under "Direct History."  If there were any subsequent appeals, etc., you would find them listed here.  In addition, any negative treatment of the primary case is also disclosed.
