Under the "KeyCite Limits," there are several options for limiting a search.  The first is to limit the search by West headnotes (which really means by West Topic and Key Number as found in their Digest System).  For Davis v. Beason, there are three Topic and Key Numbers.  To select a particular Topic and Key Number, check the appropriate box.  The corresponding headnote (which includes the summary of a point of law by West editors) is also shown.  This aids in the selection of the proper Topic and Key Number.
