Note that the search results appear in the form of a digest (the link to this appears on the left).  In fact, only digest headings are searched.  This "Custom Digest" has 156 "headnoted" cases.  The first few cases all appear to be on point.  Given the sheer number of cases, it may have been wise to further restrict the Key Number search with additional terms and connectors.
