The first item (which also has the highest relevance score) is the appropriate code section. 
Note that the search returned 20 documents.  All natural language searches in Westlaw and Lexis will return either 20 or 100 documents.  Remember that the most relevant documents (based upon matching weighted terms and giving emphasis for proximity) will receive the highest scores and be placed at the top of the list.

For ease of review, the "Best" terms arrow at the bottom of the page, will jump to the most relevant section of each document.
