The "Source Information" page provides information about coverage (in this case, the Cornell International Law Journal was collected starting with the Spring issue in 1993), the currency (within four months), and the short- hand name for the Lexis Library and File (in this case, there are two sets of names, "LAWREV/CORINT" and "NY/CORINT").  The Lexis Library and File name provide immediate access to the appropriate database once you have signed on to Lexis.

See if you can find civil jury instructions for Illinois.  Click here to access the "Searchable Directory of Online Sources" and run your search.  Hints!
