LEXCITE is actually a type of search engine.  It permits restricted searches of case law and secondary sources for authorities which cite your case.  In this instance, you are looking for cases which have cited Davis v. Beason, 11 U.S. 333, and which discuss voting registration oaths at length.  Consequently, you use, the "ATLEAST" command.
