Finally, if you were unfamiliar with the proper West Topic and Key Number, you could simply search the "Headnote" field ("HE") for instances of when murder or homicide appear within the same paragraph (i.e., headnote) as "fetus or unborn."  Rather than searching the West Topic and Key Numbers, this search will be limited to the short paragraph which makes up a headnote entry immediately after the West Topic and Key Number.

Use the Headnote or "HE" field.
