Each student will be required to participate in the Rape Legislative Drafting Project and in the end-of-the-semester Multiple Choice Problem Presentations. Additional information about these projects will be available later in the semester on the website and in class.
Each student is encouraged to participate in the class discussion forum during the course of the semester. Although participation will not be formally graded, the quality of each student’s participation may be considered as part of class participation and may be a factor in the student’s final grade (See Course Requirements and Expectations – Preparation). At a minimum, it is suggested that each student make at least two postings during the course of the semester.
