Hopefully what we are doing is getting clearer.  There are still some loose ends to clear up, but you should be getting the idea how to apply what we have learned.

We need more passion in the analysis.  Think about Keith as your best friend from college who calls you because he's been arrested.  You are likely to be more passionate in your arguments if you can identify with the defendants as friends or clients.
