Do the Actus Reus Problem. Read each scenario and respond to the questions posed.  Be prepared to discuss each scenario in class.

Think about whether the Actus Reus requirement, when applied, does what it is intended to do.  Do you see how narrow a doctrine the requirement of a voluntary act is?  Do you see why this is so?

Do the actus reus debate assignment if you are assigned a role (check the link to see what your assignment is).
