Prepare:

Think about the steps necessary to analyze a complex state of mind problem under the common law and the MPC.

Do: Develop a roadmap that guides you through that analysis

Do the Fall 1999 Midterm Review Problem and be prepared to discuss it in class. For maximum benefit, write out your answer.
