The search produces two results, although the second is just a list of databases.  The first, the "VIETNMLLF" database contains documents from the Vietnam Law & Legal Forum.  You note that the database is no longer being updated (actually it only has the May 6, 1997 issue).  At this point, it would be best to revise your search (perhaps by just searching for "vietnam & news").
